  • Patent number: 11373362
Abstract: Methods and systems and for calculating light projection obstruction in human vision analyses are described. The methods and systems include an integration of formulas, algorithms, databases, and interactive interfaces that capture, document, and deliver the results of human vision studies. The methods and systems calculate the amount of vision obstruction for a particular device by producing a rendered image having pixels and designating the pixels in the rendered image to have various colors. Certain types of colors are designated for representing objects in the rendered image to be visible to the user, and other types of colors are designated to represent objects that are obstructed in the rendered image. The methods and systems may also be integrated into, and displayed within, conventional virtual reality, augmented reality, and/or mixed reality equipment and/or systems.

  • Publication number: 20200356938
Abstract: Systems and methods are described that utilize an integration of formulas, algorithms, databases, and interactive interfaces for use in digital marketing campaigns and/or the like. The systems and methods can be used to efficiently create, manage and/or coordinate digital content posts over organic social media outlets. The features of the systems and methods enable the content creator to upload, schedule and send media content to influencers to be posted across influencer's social channels and spheres of influence. The content creator can manage a large number of different accounts, social media campaigns, and influencers, that heretofore has been insecure, laborious and time consuming to accomplish with conventional means. Verification (digital proof) technology allows campaign managers to leverage free and paid influencers to securely increase the digital footprint of their content, while provide influencers with a secure place to access content and receive compensation for posting.

  • Patent number: 10130247
Abstract: The present invention is the integration of formulas, algorithms, databases, and interactive interfaces. The technology results in a user friendly software application that captures, documents, and delivers the results of human vision studies via a secure web server. The present invention is a method for incorporating commercially available software having an Application Program Interface (API) for calculating the amount of vision obstruction for a particular device by producing a rendered image having pixels and designating the pixels in the rendered image to have various colors. Certain types of colors are designated for representing objects in the rendered image to be visible to the user, and other types of colors are designated to represent objects which are obstructed in the rendered image.

  • Patent number: 8738556
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method of operating a knowledge capture program. The knowledge capture program has the steps of starting the knowledge capture program wherein a user can access content that is either existing content or creating new content. Once the content has been selected then a source subject matter can be selected and displayed, and then captured and incorporated into the content. The source subject matter can be edited and saved into the content. The content can then be retrieved and played in a desired mode of learning.

  • Publication number: 20120066082
Abstract: A social media campaign system is described that can quickly and efficiently develop, manage and/or coordinate several different marketing and/or sales campaigns on numerous social media outlets. The system enables the user to upload (especially on a “bulk” basis), schedule and release “tweets” or other content in a highly quick and efficient manner. The user can create, upload, schedule and broadcast a large number of individual marketing and/or sales campaigns on a large number of different social media outlets or networks that has heretofore been too difficult, laborious and time consuming to accomplish with conventional means.

  • Publication number: 20080152239
Abstract: Video/image analysis and compression systems are described, that can be used in conjunction with image, video, and/or sound files. A master image can be created from a series of images. The difference between the next image and the master image is compared (320 of FIG. 4) and is placed in a key frame located within a video file. Areas of the next image that differ from the master image are cropped (324 of FIG. 4) and the XY anchor positions of the cropped area in relation to the master image are recorded. These areas are then placed in the next sequential key frame. The master image would underlie the sequential cropped areas. Optionally, transparent alpha channels can be applied to the areas that are different from the master image within the cropped areas. The new image is then stored. This procedure would be repeated until no further images from the image series are present.

  • Patent number: 5573155
Abstract: An apparatus of the type adapted to be carried on the back of a person. The apparatus includes a pack having a front panel and a rear panel which define a chamber therebetween in which articles can be stored and carried. A pair of shoulder straps are secured to the pack such that, with the straps positioned over the shoulders of a person, the front panel faces and is generally parallel to the back of a person. The apparatus further includes a pad assembly having a first and second generally planar pads, each having a top, bottom and two sides. The bottoms of the pads are pivotally secured together between a first position in which the first pad overlies and is substantially parallel to the second pad, and a second position in which the plane of the first pad is substantially perpendicular to the plane of the second pad.
