Publication number: 20240087063Abstract: Systems and methods for document transformation and recordation are provided. Documents for a transaction of real property are identified based on a jurisdiction in which the real property is located. Each document includes a plurality of data fields and each data field is associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received in at least one of the data fields of one or more of the documents. The data fields in the documents associated with the data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified. The identified data fields are automatically populated with the data values based on the data field identifiers. Completeness rules are applied to the documents by verifying all required documents for completing the transaction in the jurisdiction are satisfied. Documents or information pertaining the documents can be stored in a blockchain.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 22, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Edward Wu, Guy Gal, Hilary Saunders, Stephen Saunders, Christopher Dzoba, Prescott Prue, Zachary Karrasch, Jeffrey Judkins, Elizabeth Paris, Adriano Castro, Mark J. Publication number: 20230135205Abstract: A system is configured to receive boarding pass data or other passenger data from passengers as they arrive at an airport. Data is received at a scanner or other location, and private or irrelevant data is redacted by a secure device at that location before a redacted dataset is provided to an airport management server (AMS). The secure device includes various security features to prevent intentional or accidental misuse of received data, including secure data connections and software processes. Real-time passenger data is combined with historic passenger data and data from other sources (e.g., local weather, local traffic, door traffic sensors) to profile passenger characteristics and generate passenger arrival predictions for upcoming time periods. Predictions and related information may be visualized and displayed via a dashboard, which may also include controls for providing messaging and management of systems and devices.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2022Publication date: May 4, 2023Inventors: Brian Cobb, Stephen Saunders

Publication number: 20220188507Abstract: A system and method for document transformation and compliance is provided. A set of documents for a transfer of real property is accessed by a user. Each document includes one or more data fields each associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received from the user. One of the data fields in one of the documents is identified as associated with the received data value via the data field identifier for that data field. The associated data field is determined to be already populated with a different data value. The different data value is replaced with the received data value. Other data fields associated with a same data field identifier as the data field identifier of the associated data field are identified. The other data fields are populated with the received data value. Compliance checking of the documents is performed.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 28, 2022Publication date: June 16, 2022Inventors: Edward Wu, Guy Gal, Hilary Saunders, Stephen Saunders, Christopher Dzoba, Prescott Prue, Zachary Karrasch, Jeffrey Judkins, Elizabeth Paris, Adriano Castro, Mark J. Patent number: 11287548Abstract: Analysis and display of source-to-sink information according to some aspects includes grouping geochronological data associated with a sediment sample into optimized subpopulations within a reference population and target populations, and producing Gaussian functions for the reference population and the target populations using the subpopulations as a priori constraints. The Gaussian functions describe a distribution of zircons. The subpopulations within the reference population and the target populations are compared based on at least one statistical attribute from the Gaussian functions to identify areas of sediment provenance, and the areas of sediment provenance are displayed in various ways, for example, on a paleographic map as of an age of deposition of the sediment sample. A sink-to-sink analysis can also be performed to identify dissimilarities between samples.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2018Date of Patent: March 29, 2022Assignee: Landmark Graphics CorporationInventors: Daniel Stanton, Benjamin Stephen Saunders, Graeme Richard Nicoll, Graham Baines

Patent number: 11263395Abstract: A system and method for document transformation and compliance are provided. Document templates are maintained and each template includes data fields each associated with a data field identifier. Data values are received in one or more of the data fields of at least one document template. The data values are associated with the data fields into which the data values are received via the data field identifiers for those data fields. A property address is received and a set of compliance rules is identified. A subset of the document templates are retrieved as active documents for a transaction of the property based on the identified rules. The active documents are populated with those data fields that are associated with the linked data values via the data field identifiers. Compliance checking of the populated data values in the active documents is performed using a compliance rule set.Type: GrantFiled: September 4, 2019Date of Patent: March 1, 2022Assignee: Side, Inc.Inventors: Edward Wu, Guy Gal, Hilary Saunders, Stephen Saunders, Christopher Dzoba, Prescott Prue, Zachary Karrasch, Jeffrey Judkins, Elizabeth Paris, Adriano Castro, Mark J. Patent number: 11215734Abstract: Analysis and display of source-to-sink information according to some aspects includes grouping target geochronological data and reference geochronological data into distinct population groups representing a reference population and target populations and characterizing subpopulations within the reference population and the target populations according a statistical attribute or statistical attributes. Subpopulations are compared within the reference population and the target populations based on the statistical attribute or attributes to determine correlations between the reference population and the target populations, and the results can be displayed in many different ways. As one example, results can be displayed using a present day geographic map as well as using a geodynamic plate tectonic model to show data points and their paleogeographic locations for the relevant geological time frame of investigation.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2018Date of Patent: January 4, 2022Assignee: Landmark Graphics CorporationInventors: Benjamin Stephen Saunders, Graeme Richard Nicoll, Graham Baines

Patent number: 8147727Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for making an ophthalmic lens. The present methods and systems are effecting in coupling two mold sections together at two or more discrete regions. Embodiments of the methods and systems form a bore that extends completely through one of the mold sections and only partially through the other mold section. During formation of the bore, the mold material in proximity to the bore being foamed becomes molten and diffuses from the bore. A portion of the molten mold material is provided at a contact point between the two mold sections and when the molten material cools, the material foams a spot weld between the mold sections. By foaming multiple hollow spot welds in a mold assembly, the two mold sections can be securely coupled to each other during the manufacture of an ophthalmic lens, such as a silicone hydrogel contact lens.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2010Date of Patent: April 3, 2012Assignee: Coopervision International Holding Company, LPInventors: Ian Bruce, Robert Oag, Stuart Bailey, Stephen Saunders

Patent number: 5896058Abstract: A high speed totem pole FET driver circuit with differential cross-conduction prevention. The driver circuit includes first and second switching elements coupled to a first node, and third and fourth switching elements coupled to a second node. The first node is coupled to a first current source, a pulldown circuit, and the input of the third switching element. The second node is coupled to a second current source, a pullup circuit, and the input of the second switching element. Trigger inputs are applied to the inputs of the first and fourth switching elements to switch the first and fourth switches ON and OFF, wherein the two trigger inputs are of opposite phase so that when one input is HIGH (LOW) the other input is LOW (HIGH). The second switching element may include a comparator circuit with its non-inverting input coupled to the second node, its inverting input coupled to a power source via a V.sub.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 1997Date of Patent: April 20, 1999Assignee: Cherry Semiconductor CorporationInventors: Christopher John Sanzo, Jeffrey Gordon Dumas, Stephen Saunders Yole
