  • Publication number: 20250390459
Abstract: An integrated circuit may include a die. An integrated circuit may include a plurality of mixed-signal blocks aligned and coupled with a block grid and having dimensions corresponding to chip dimensions by a common integer factor. An integrated circuit may include a diffusion element having a grid length dimension with a fixed and standardized contact spacing. An integrated circuit may include a power distribution system comprising. An integrated circuit may include one or more tiles with tile dimensions related to the block grid by a common integer factor; and internal tracks configured to provide distribution of a plurality of power supplies in each direction. An integrated circuit may include a set of capacitor elements aligned with the block grid and configured to enable efficient utilization of space between the plurality of mixed-signal blocks.

  • Publication number: 20080071228
Abstract: This invention relates to components useful for medical articles, such as a syringe assembly, having sliding surface(s) coated with a composition including organopolysiloxane(s), the coating being adhered to the surface(s) of the component by crosslinking induced by oxidative treatment and irradiation with an isotope, electron beam or ultraviolet radiation or heat treatment; medical articles including the same; methods to reduce static and kinetic friction between slidable surfaces; and articles of low friction prepared thereby.

  • Publication number: 20050036387
Abstract: A multi-segmented non-volatile flash memory structure is employed in combination with at least one associated memory structure for storing, updating, and preserving meter data. By initially storing meter data in the associated memory, meter data is buffered until either a predetermined amount of data is obtained or until power to the meter is disabled, at which point the stored meter data is copied into selected blocks of flash memory. The various locations for transferring data are respectively determined by flash pointers indicating which segments or blocks of flash memory to utilize. In some embodiments, the size of the associated memory structure corresponds to the size of each segment of flash memory to maximize data transfer when the associated memory structure is full and also to reduce the number of times the flash memory is written to, thus increasing the potential active lifespan of the flash memory.
