Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for managing patient or patient populations within a fully integrated captivated healthcare system, which includes creating a patient profile or a patient population profile; screening, assessing and treating a patient or patient population; reviewing, analyzing, and comparing a patient or patient population to a control group or pre-treatment patient profile or patient population profile; and prioritizing, scheduling, and care coordination for a patient or patient population as part of follow-up healthcare assessment and services included in the fully integrated healthcare delivery system. Part of the methods and system includes the ability to utilize comparative patient and patient population data to assess and control healthcare access, quality, and costs.
