  • Patent number: 5620104
Abstract: A triple thickness T-shaped corrugated paperboard display peg board with discrete apertures in a front panel and aligned slots in a rear panel and insert is supported by a pair of triangular supports also of triple thickness. The supports and board each comprise folded over sheets and an insert bonded together. The supports are interlocked with the display board with aligned slots. A brace member also folded over corrugated paperboard has slots interlocked with the supports also with mating interlocking slots. The base of the board is narrower than the upper portion and has edges flush against the supports which are interlocked to the upper portion. The display board has peg receiving apertures comprising discrete apertures in a front panel and aligned with slots in the insert and rear panel.

  • Patent number: 5522574
Abstract: A display stand formed from a blank single corrugated sheet has a shelf supported by a depending front wall hinged to the shelf front edge and a rear upstanding wall hinged to the shelf at a rear fold hinge. Two mirror image opposite side walls form a U-shaped member with the front wall, each side wall comprising overlapping inner and outer panels folded over at a fold hinge and formed with a slot. The rear wall is formed with two mating slots, one for each side wall slot which slots interlock to support the rear wall and shelf at the rear of the stand. The front and side walls form a support edge for the stand. The rear upstanding wall is formed of folded over sheets with a front sheet formed with linear arrays of discrete article support peg receiving apertures and a pair of coplanar rear sheets each formed with linear slots aligned with the apertures to facilitate insertion of pegs through the apertures and rear sheets. The front and rear sheets provide double thickness support for the inserted pegs.

  • Patent number: 5322172
Abstract: First and second corrugated single ply paperboard side members are formed of rectangular tubular nested boxes to provide rigid elongated members. The members are secured to a corrugated single ply box-like collapsible paperboard stiffening structure at a base region which rigidly spaces the side members in a display state and which secures the side members together in the collapsed state. A plurality of single ply corrugated shelves are releaseably interlocked to and between the side members to provide additional bracing action. A like plurality of single ply corrugated article receiving display trays releaseably rest on the shelves and are horizontally immobilized with a tab arrangement. A cap is releaseably secured on the tops of the side members to stiffen the side members in the display state relative to each other. A tray assembly is placed over the cap and releaseably rests on the cap with a pair of oppositely disposed trays which slope downwardly at the top of the display stand.
