    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to chemical mechanical polishing systems (CMP) systems and processes used in the manufacturing of electronic devices. In particular, embodiments herein relate to methods of detecting non-conforming substrate processing events during a polishing process. In one embodiment, a method of processing a substrate on a polishing system includes urging a surface of a silicon carbide substrate against a polishing pad in the presence of a polishing fluid, determining a temperature of the polishing pad using a temperature sensor that is positioned above the platen, monitoring the temperature of the polishing pad, and, if the change in polishing pad temperature reaches a threshold value, initiating a response using a controller of the polishing system.

The power testing system may provide power testing that displays maximum simultaneous power usage for multiple auxiliary devices drawing power from the vehicle power generation system over a span of time. The power testing system may initialize a power test using a simple user interface, determine a number of auxiliary devices predicted to be connected to the power generation system at a future time, and generate a power simulation profile for the multiple connected auxiliary devices. The power testing system may generate an indication of maximum aggregate power usage and an alert message indicating that multiple auxiliary devices may be simultaneously used while connected to the vehicle power generation system based on an aggregate power rating associated with the vehicle power generation system.

    Abstract: A trench system includes a trench body operable to contain chemicals without corroding. The trench body includes a trench floor having a longitudinal length and a lateral width. A pair of first and second sidewalls is welded to opposing longitudinal perimeters of the trench floor and extend vertically upwards therefrom. Wall support ribs are attached to outer surfaces of the first and second sidewalls and extend laterally outward and vertically upward therefrom. Floor support ribs are attached to an outer surface of the trench floor and extend vertically downward therefrom. A vertically extending anchoring slot is attached to an outer distal edge of each wall support rib. Each anchoring slot is configured to receive a metal reinforcement bar therethrough at an acute angle to the wall support ribs. The metal reinforcement bars are operable to reinforce concrete poured around the outer surfaces of the first and second sidewalls.
