    Abstract: A system and a method for providing a ticket for entering an entertainment facility and administering provisions of the ticket are provided. The method includes generating the ticket that permits a person to enter the entertainment facility. The ticket is offered for a price. The ticket has one or more legal provisions permitting at least a partial refund of the price if a first atmospheric condition doe not occur at a first predetermined time proximate to the entertainment facility or the first atmospheric condition is not forecasted to occur at the first predetermined time proximate to the entertainment facility. The method further includes selling the ticket to the person for the price.
