Abstract: A method and system for enrollment and delivery of a service, the method for enrolling including receiving a request for enrollment with a service from a user, the request for service being initiated by the user; authenticating the user associated with the mobile phone by verifying a mobile identification number (MIN) associated with the mobile phone device; determining a global positioning system (GPS) functionality of the mobile phone device; enrolling the user with the service based on the authenticating and the determined GPS functionality of the mobile phone device; and delivering an application associated with the service to the mobile phone device of the enrolled user, the delivered application including functionality based on the determined GPS functionality of the mobile phone device.
