Abstract: The present invention comprises a portable exercise device comprising a mechanism for resisting longitudinal displacement of a user's hands, as well as a mechanism for resisting longitudinal displacement of a user's elbows. The device has two handles, with each of the handles being joined to the hand displacement resisting mechanism. The device further comprises two elbow pads, with each of the elbow pads being joined to the elbow displacement resisting mechanism. A user's forearms are laterally positioned between each handle and each elbow pad.
