Abstract: The present invention pertains generally to a combination cargo carrier for a vehicle and portable table. The cargo carrier may include a base connected to one or more wings that have a retracted position that occupies a smaller volume than an extended position. A stand removably connects to the cargo carrier to form the portable table. In particular embodiments, the cargo carrier may also include a cargo bag having a collapsible frame.

Abstract: A lift assembly includes a lift having a housing and an extension device located in the housing in a first state and extendable from the housing in a second state. The lift assembly also includes a bail assembly connected to the extension device, the bail assembly including at least one receiver for receiving a lift apparatus, the receiver defining a first receiver surface and an opposing second receiver surface. The lift assembly further includes a mount adjustably connected to the housing, the mount including a hitch device being configured for connection to a complementary hitch, the hitch device defining a first device surface and an opposing second device surface, the second receiver surface being disposed at or above the second device surface in the first state.

Abstract: The present invention discloses and claims an apparatus for attaching to a vehicle for carrying cargo. The apparatus includes a base and at least one wing having retracted and extended positions. The apparatus occupies a smaller volume when the wing is retracted than when the wing is extended.
