Prior to assigning the plurality of conference rooms in accordance with the plurality of conference scheduling requests, polling is conducted for a predefined trigger event corresponding to the at least one meeting constraint. One aspect of the invention involves a computer-implemented method. The method includes scheduling conference rooms just-in-time, in response to a predefined triggering event. The method includes retrieving stored conference room scheduling information corresponding to a respective conference room scheduling request. A combination of conference room assignments is selected for a plurality of conference room scheduling requests, in accordance with conference room assignment fitness scores for each of a plurality of potential combinations of conference room assignments. Conference rooms are assigned to respective requests in accordance with the selected combination.

    Abstract: The invention is directed towards a system and method for proving content to a user. The invention can be configured to present the content to the user if a user intentionally or unintentionally inputs an incorrect URL into an address field of a browser window instead of presenting the user with an error message. The incorrect URL can include a domain name along with any number of search terms. The invention can parse the incorrect URL to identify a URL that points to an existing content location of the requested content. Once the URL has been identified, the invention can map the identified URL to the search request unknowingly to the user.

    Abstract: Creation of a computer representation of a three-dimensional object surface is described. The viewing cones for camera positions at which images of the object were taken are determined and the intersection of these viewing cones is used to define an initial three-dimensional space within which the object surface lies. This initial space is divided into voxels. Each non-occluded voxel is checked for photoconsistency by comparing the colors (or average colors) of the pixel patches in the images to which that voxel projects. Photo-inconsistent voxels are removed. A voxel may be determined to be photo-inconsistent if there exists no set of photoconsistent pixel regions or the pixel patches do not share a color value range. The pixel patch into which each voxel projects in a further image may be compared with the stored color for that voxel and any photo-inconsistent voxels removed. This process can then be repeated for further images.

An initial sequence of the images is processed to define respective image co-ordinates of matching features to generate a set of model data defining model points in a 3-D space of the model and to obtain respective camera solutions representative of positions and orientations of virtual cameras in the 3-D space defining views of the model corresponding to the images. A new image is added to the sequence and processed to obtain a camera solution for a corresponding new virtual camera for use in generating further model data.

    Abstract: An image processing system is provided which receives image data of a user and generates a set of appearance parameters representative of the appearance of the user in the received images. These appearance parameters may then be transformed either to change the identity of the user in the images or to change the resolution of the image of the user. The system can be used as a stand alone image processing system or may form part of an image transmission and reception system. It may also be used for streaming data over limited bandwidth communication channels such as the Internet. A system is also provided for animating a single image from a set of image deviations obtained from a source video sequence.     Abstract: A ballistic resistant flight deck door assembly for an aircraft is disclosed that also enables pressure equalization within the aircraft in the event of a sudden loss of cabin pressure within the flight deck or cabin. The door assembly includes a door having a plurality of spaced apart panels of ballistic material and a honeycomb support panel. A ventilation area is formed in the door by a plurality of apertures in each of the ballistic panels that are arranged such that no two apertures of the two ballistic panels are perfectly aligned with each other. The blowout panel and ventilation area therefore allows airflow through the door to help equalize pressure within the flight deck in the event of a loss of depressurization of the flight deck without compromising the door's ability to provide ballistic protection for the occupants in the flight deck.
