Abstract: A system and method for providing cord, cable and hose fastening (CCHF) so Industrial, Commercial and Home users (ICAHUs) can assure that cords, cables and hoses, including but not limited to electrical cords, cannot be accidentally disconnected or unplugged from their supply sources. The system and method allows ICAHUs to work safely and efficiently and to avoid cords, cables and hoses that may accidentally disconnect or unplug themselves from power, fluid or material supplies (PFMS) or fixed connecting boxes or outlets, in the course of everyday use. ICAHUs can easily use PFMS frames or PFMS outlet covers to either capture collar ties, tie connectors or a combination of both that may be used by existing cord, cable and hose fastening systems in order to allow said systems to ensure their respective cords, cables or hoses do not become accidentally disconnected from their appropriate PFMS.

Abstract: This present invention relates to a system, method, and apparatus for an authorized approver (AA) to receive and transmit information to contacts of an end user or others. The authorized approvers may receive, for example, voice, data or video or a combination thereof from the end user. Said authorized approver may view the received information on a back-end server or on a telecommunications device including but not limited to a mobile device or mobile internet device. The authorized approvers may retransmit the end user data to one or more contacts of the end user. Important and emergency calls need to be completed regardless of the status of a Telecommunication User's (TU's) communication and/or telephony device—“off” or “on”. Abstract: A health-related emergency mobile alert system to facilitate communication, care and intervention during critical events. The system communicates with medical monitors, which measure and collect a subject's physiological data and vital signs information. A service provider maintains a database with the subject's medical records and an emergency contact list. When a critical event is detected, a two-way mobile communication device that is configured to communicate with the medical monitor transmits the physiological data and location coordinates of the subject to the service provider, and a conference call with members of the emergency contact list is initiated to help facilitate aid to the subject. The two-way mobile communication device may include a speaker and GPS technology. It may also include self-activating features wherein pre-recorded messages conveying potential dangers are transmitted to the subject when the subject's physiological data and vital signs reflect precarious levels.
