  • Publication number: 20160071057
Abstract: A method of creating spatiotemporal activity records for an education program may include determining a start of an activity. The method may additionally include tracking the activity to record at least one accomplishment or error achieved in the activity and at least one time/location indicator associated with the at least one accomplishment or error. The method may additionally include generating a spatiotemporal activity record that includes the at least one time/location indicator and the at least one accomplishment or error. The method may additionally include presenting at least a portion of the spatiotemporal activity record for review by a reviewer, receiving identification data of the reviewer as an indication that the reviewer has reviewed and understands the at least the portion of the spatiotemporal activity record, authenticating the reviewer as a service receiver, and verifying the spatiotemporal activity record as reviewed and approved by the service receiver.

  • Patent number: 9274622
Abstract: In one embodiment, a unified pointer message 300 may describe in a single type of pointer message a coordinate input from a user via multiple types of pointer devices. An input device interface 150 may receive a coordinate input 350 from an input device. A processor 120 may execute an application programming interface layer 430 that creates a unified pointer message 300 for the coordinate input 350. The processor 120 may send the unified pointer message 300 to an application. The processor 120 may process a device specific data set 244 unhandled by the application.

  • Publication number: 20160001350
Abstract: Method and apparatus for assembling, with fasteners, components of a structure having an outboard side, an inboard side, and a supporting frame. The components are placed together on the frame. An electromagnet having a core with multiple openings is positioned on the outboard side. A magnetically attractive member is placed against the inboard side opposite and aligned with the electromagnet. When activated, the electromagnet is attracted towards the magnetically attractive member and the two hold the components together. Multiple drill members pass through the openings in the core of the electromagnet and multiple openings are drilled simultaneously through the components. Subsequently, multiple rivets or huck bolts are simultaneously inserted into the drilled openings.

  • Patent number: 8892680
Abstract: A system and method for allowing requests generated as a result of dynamic URLs to be efficiently looked up in a cache are provided. The system and method involve receiving a request for a content element, the request being generated from a dynamic URL. A static content element identifier is generated from the request. In an embodiment, the static content element identifier includes only the content identification parameters and the dynamic parameters are removed. The static content element identifier is then used to determine whether the content element is in the cache.
