  • Patent number: 11867139
Abstract: A modular damper plug forming a multi-volume acoustic resonator in an acoustic liner of a rocket engine is provided. In one aspect, the damper plug includes a main body including a top surface spaced from a bottom surface by a first height, a left surface spaced from a right surface by a width, and an exterior surface spaced from an interior surface by a length. A chamber within the main body extends along a part of the height, a part of the width, and a part of the length, and communicates with the top surface through an opening. The chamber also communicates with the interior surface through one or more ducts. The main body is sized and shaped to be received in any one of a plurality of cavities in the acoustic liner. The chamber includes an upstream volume of the acoustic resonator, and the one or more ducts communicate with a downstream volume of the acoustic resonator when the damper plug is received in any one of the plurality of cavities.

  • Patent number: 9704164
Abstract: A system for validating hours of operation may include one or more computing devices and a memory. The one or more computing devices may receive hours of operation of a business for a day of a week and receive data items that are associated with a time of the day of the week, wherein the data items are also associated with the business being open or closed at the associated time of the day of the week. The one or more computing devices may determine, based at least in part on the data items, a likelihood that the hours of operation of the business for the day of the week are inaccurate. The one or more computing devices may provide to an electronic device associated with the business an indication that the hours of operation for the day of the week are likely inaccurate when the likelihood satisfies a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20150181036
Abstract: A contextualized word to telephone number mapping system may include one or more computing devices and a memory. The one or more computing devices may receive a telephone number of a business and terms related to the business. The one or more computing devices may determine whether at least one of the terms can be mapped to the telephone number of the business based at least in part on an alphanumeric-to-numeric mapping. The one or more computing devices may provide at least one of the terms when at least one of the terms can be mapped to the telephone number of the business using the alphanumeric-to-numeric mapping, otherwise the one or more computing devices may provide an available telephone number to which at least one of the terms can be mapped using the alphanumeric-to-numeric mapping.

  • Patent number: 6396369
Abstract: A circuit breaker rotary contact assembly employs a rotor assembly to operate the moveable contact arms. Separate pivots are provided to the rotor assembly and the moveable contact arms to ensure that the contacts close prior to complete rotation of the rotor assembly. The additional rotation force provided by the rotor assembly then translates into lateral displacement of the moveable contacts relative to the fixed contacts, resulting in contact wiping function. An alternate embodiment utilizes a common pivot for both the rotor assembly and the moveable contact arms, while providing post closure motion by means of a fixed contact compression spring.
