  • Patent number: 11739374
Abstract: The technology relates in part to methods and compositions for detecting one or more pathogens in plants. In some aspects, the technology relates to methods and compositions for detecting hops latent viroid in plants. In some aspects, the technology relates to methods and compositions for detecting hops latent viroid in cannabis plants. In some aspects, the technology relates to methods and compositions for classifying a hops latent viroid genotype. In certain aspects, the technology relates to methods and compositions for determining the presence, absence and/or amount of one or more pathogens in plants, either independently or simultaneously. In aspects, the pathogen is a virus. In some aspects, the virus is selected from among one or more of hops latent viroid, beet curly top virus and alfalfa mosaic virus.

  • Publication number: 20050028025
Abstract: A method and apparatus for creating a dynamic storage pool for data recovery, is presented. The method may include determining amount of an available storage area, identifying storage capabilities of the available storage area, selecting a protection policy scheme for replication of an application server data based on the identified storage capabilities, provisioning a volume from the available storage area to the application server data, and replicating the application server data based on the selected protection policy scheme for storage to the available storage area.

  • Publication number: 20050010588
Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing the protection of stored data from logical disruptions are disclosed. The method may include storing a set of data on a data storage medium, displaying a graphical user interface to a user, wherein the graphical user interface is a graphical representation of a replication schema to protect the set of data against logical disruption, and providing the user with an ability to modify the replications schema through the graphical user interface.

  • Publication number: 20050010731
Abstract: A method and apparatus for protecting stored data from both logical and physical disruptions are disclosed. The method may include storing a source set of data on a first data storage medium, with the source set of data designated as a primary data source. A physical replica set of data is created on a second data storage medium for protection against physical disruptions to the source set of data and a logical replica set of data is created for protection against logical disruptions to the source set of data. If the first data storage medium becomes damaged, a processor switches to the physical replica set of data as the primary data source. If the source set of data becomes corrupted, the processor retrieves the logical replica set of data and overwrites the source set of data.

  • Publication number: 20050010529
Abstract: A method and apparatus for building a complete data protection scheme. A primary set of data may be protected from physical and logical failures using a replication policy, which may replicate the primary set of data at various points in the data set's history. A graphical user interface may illustrate for a user the logical source volume(s), physical failure policy, logical failure policy, replication occurrence policy, replication technology, scheduling policy and time instantiation of data protection and replication policies to facilitate data management and recovery.
