The first arcuate side and the second arcuate side include a flange and a collar disposed substantially perpendicular to one another. The at least one slide is coupled to an end of the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side. The expansion member is coupled to the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side and it configured to expand the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side to correct a deformed core of a roll of strapping, and the opening is sized to fit around a spindle of a package strapping dispenser.

The paper dispenser allows for multiple rolls of packing material to be placed inside and interconnected such that multiple rolls can be used in the dispenser before more rolls of packing material are needed.
