  • Publication number: 20210039939
Abstract: A funnel system for a gas tank that can be stored within the gas tank during operation of a machine such as a lawnmower or snow blower. Upon removing the cap of the gas tank in a first embodiment, a funnel is moved toward an open position as the funnel is biased toward the open position. Once fuel is added to the gas tank, a guide member of the cap is utilized to force the funnel toward the closed position and then secured to the gas tank. A second embodiment utilizes a separate guide member, separate from the cap to move the funnel to and from the open position to the closed position.

  • Patent number: 8265974
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products that provide for a technological infrastructure consumption index. The index is instrumental in measuring and managing technological infrastructure consumption. The consumption index is generated on a predetermined schedule as indicator of a business entity's volume of infrastructure consumption. The consumption index tracks key consumption elements, which are within the control of application teams, thereby insuring that the consumption of the key elements are being managed on an ongoing basis. Additionally, the consumption index provides for drill-down capabilities for the purpose of readily accessing data associated with specific key consumption elements of interest and specific teams/organizations within the business entity.

  • Patent number: 7222582
Abstract: In some embodiments, an accessory retainer apparatus for a vehicle may include one or more of the following features: (a) a handle member, (b) a shaft pivotally coupled to the handle member at the proximal end, the handle member pivotally rotatable between an open and closed position to move the shaft in an axial direction, (c) a grommet located on the shaft at the distal end, (d) a fastener coupled to the shaft at the distal end, whereby the accessory retainer is adapted to retain an accessory to a mounting aperture located on the vehicle, (e) a spacer member located proximal of the grommet, (f) a second grommet located between the handle member and the spacer, and (g) a bracket member coupled at the proximal end of the shaft between the handle member and the spacer member.

  • Patent number: 5690231
Abstract: A clay sculpturing kit is described which is used to shape clay, store clay and display the finished sculpture. The clay sculpturing kit includes a base and a covering where the base receives the covering such that the base is obscured from view. The concept of using the same device as a work place for shaping the clay and also for displaying the clay is made possible by a surface which is easily wiped clean after the clay is sculptured into a final piece of art.
