The system also includes an exhaust arrangement comprising a post-turbocharger (PT) exhaust pipe connected to the turbocharger and positioned proximate to the internal combustion engine, the PT exhaust pipe extending away from the turbocharger along the internal combustion engine. The PT exhaust pipe includes a first portion extending above at least one part of a set of header exhaust pipes connecting the internal combustion engine with the turbocharger. The PT exhaust pipe also includes one or more additional connected and contiguous portions extending below at least one other part of the set of header exhaust pipes.
