  • Patent number: 12679195
Abstract: A hybrid drivetrain is operable for selective driving of first wheels through a first drive shaft to which a first drive unit is connectable, and second wheels through a second drive shaft to which a second drive unit is connectable. A connection clutch allows for selective connection between the first and second drive units. A slip clutch assembly allows selective connection between the second drive unit and the second drive shaft. The slip clutch assembly may be a dual clutch arrangement having two slip clutches respectively located on either side of a bevel gear. The slip clutches are controllable for allowing different rotational speeds of the second wheels driven by the second drive shaft.
