  • Publication number: 20260163263
Abstract: An electronics housing for an auxiliary unit of a motor vehicle has a metal lead frame with at least one connection contact. The lead frame is encapsulated as an insert with a plastic material of a housing part. At least sections of the connection contact project out of the housing part. The connection contact is enclosed by a potting pocket formed integrally on the housing part. A hardened potting compound is filled into the potting pocket. The connection contact has a form-fit contour which creates a form-fit between the connection contact and the potting compound so that shear forces and/or tensile forces occurring during thermal expansion are reduced between the connection contact and the potting compound.

  • Publication number: 20250364875
Abstract: An electric machine for a motor vehicle includes an electric motor, a metallic motor housing and motor electronics controlling the electric motor. The motor electronics are disposed on the motor housing. The motor electronics have a printed circuit board assembly with a ground guidance bar and with electronic components. A surface of the printed circuit board assembly is covered substantially completely with an electrically non-conductive protective layer except for the ground guidance bar. The ground guidance bar is disposed on the printed circuit board assembly in such a way that, in the event of an electrostatic charge on the motor housing, a discharge arc can form between the motor housing and the ground guidance bar.

  • Publication number: 20240381546
Abstract: It is provided a plug-in connecting device for a motor vehicle, comprising a housing comprising a plug-in opening, a printed circuit board that is arranged in the housing and comprises a plug-in portion in the region of an edge of the printed circuit board, and a plug-in connector part, which can be plugged into the plug-in opening in the housing in a plug-in direction such that it electrically contacts the plug-in portion of the printed circuit board. In this case, it is provided that the plug-in connector part comprises at least one stop which strikes at least one stop on the housing in the plug-in direction.

  • Patent number: 10559912
Abstract: A method for producing an electrical assembly, in particular of a motor vehicle. A base body is provided and an electrical connector is provided. The electrical connector is positioned on the base body, wherein a section of the electrical connector is in mechanically direct contact with the base body to form a support surface and a free end of the electrical connector is spaced from the main body, and wherein a center of mass of the electrical connector is laterally offset with respect to a first spatial region located vertically above the support surface. The electrical connector is stabilized by a holder, and the electrical connector is attached to the base body by SMD soldering. An electrical assembly is also provided.
