  • Patent number: 11329887
Abstract: A computer network discovery system may involve a computing system and a database disposed within a remote network management platform, and a proxy server application disposed within an enterprise network. The computing system may be configured to: transmit first instructions causing the proxy server application to obtain configuration and operational information for virtual machines; store the configuration and operational information for the virtual machines in a first set of tables of the database; transmit second instructions causing the server device to obtain configuration and operational information for services; and store the configuration and operational information for the services in a second set of tables of the database, where the first set and the second set of tables have tables in common that store at least part of the configuration and operational information for the virtual machines and the services.

  • Patent number: 9683607
Abstract: An interlocking drive plate for an anilox roll which incorporates a dowel pin with a bushing that is able to move slightly and rotate. The interlocking drive disc is similar in structure to the current structure of a drive disc for the Mark Andy P-Series printing presses. However, the stationary dowel pin has been replaced with a modified dowel pin which includes a bushing providing slight movement and rotation. The modified dowel pin, with slight movement and rotation, reduces the shear forces on the pin which in turn reduces the wear on the pin when rotated by a servomotor. This reduction in wear will cause the interlocking drive disc to last longer than traditional drive discs without the need for repair or replacement.

  • Patent number: 9047147
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for recording and replaying user sessions in browser based applications includes initiating a user session as a result of a user accessing an application in a web browser. The computer-implemented method also includes attaching an event handler to the application as a replacement for an original event handler. Further, the computer-implemented method includes executing the event handler in response to an event, wherein the event is a plurality of user actions performed during the user session. Furthermore, the computer-implemented method includes receiving the plurality of user actions as inputs to the application. Moreover, the computer-implemented method includes recording the plurality of user actions and replaying the plurality of user actions recorded at a later time.

  • Patent number: 6806827
Abstract: The correlation circuitry of the present invention operates in communication with a controller and transform circuitry to concurrently search a range of frequencies by correlating a received signal from the global positioning system (GPS) with a generated frequency and a generated code at a plurality of time offsets. The output of the correlation circuitry is provided to the transform circuitry, such as fast Fourier transform (FFT) circuitry, that transforms the output of the correlation circuitry. The results from the transformation circuitry are used by a GPS receiver to determine a frequency of the received GPS signal and a time offset associated with a ranging code carried in the received GPS signal.

  • Patent number: 6757801
Abstract: This invention involves a method to modify that an operation needs to be done on a file system. This involves the concept of “defragmentation”, which is the process of rewriting parts of a file to contiguous sectors on a hard disk to increase the speed of access and retrieval. The present invention provides a system administrator who sets up a profile of when the file system should have the defragmentation utility run. There would be two fields in the profile; one for the number of times that contiguous allocation failed and the other is the size of the allocation. No application (file system utility) that uses the file system to tell when it is fragmented and that a defragmentation utility needs to be run.
