Abstract: A ventilator including a housing having a front panel, and a rear panel opposite the front panel and configured to couple to the front panel, a receptacle coupled to the rear panel of the housing, the receptacle having a recess, a sealing element disposed within the recess, the sealing element having an inlet and an aperture, and a blower having a blower outlet and a blower inlet, the blower inlet coupled to the sealing element such that the blower inlet at least partially abuts the aperture. The receptacle and the sealing element may comprise an airflow pathway configured to allow for flow of air from the inlet of the sealing element into the blower inlet and out of the blower outlet.

Abstract: An inserter includes a knob at its proximal end. The knob actuates linear motion of a slide at the distal end of the inserter. The linear motion of the slide separates two pins that project from a distal end of the inserter. The pins engage and release corresponding holes defined in the faceplate of an implant. The pins can project at an oblique angle from the longitudinal axis of the inserter. The angle of projection of each pin can be different so that a jaw-like action is provided, which securely grasps the implant via the holes in the faceplate.

Abstract: An implant filling apparatus may include an actuator mechanism, a push rod, straight fill tubes and/or diverted tip fill tubes and an implant connector. An actuator impacts the push rod at a predetermined pressure and rate such that the push rod can drives fill material out of the fill tube(s) and into an implant that is coupled to the implant connector.

Abstract: A hexalobe screw driver for use with a screw head having a hexalobe socket. The hexalobe screw driver includes a split tip. An alignment nub disposed on the distal end of the driver tip. The alignment nub may interface with a nub socket in a hexalobe screw socket head.

Abstract: Improved methods of software diagnostics are provided. Searches of data sources are conducted using search terms from internal computer information to obtain searched data. The searched data is processed by extracting technical features. The technical features are indexed to create indexes that can be searched via machine state. Filtering is conducted over the gathered data to create feeds that are available to customers. Stack traces are extracted for the purpose of matching and researching using machine state rather than key words.
