Abstract: A method of maintaining sterility of fluidic medication in a fluidic medication container despite repeated extractions of the fluidic medication is provided. Also, a method of injecting a patient with fluidic medication without exposing the fluidic medication to ambient air is provided. The method may comprise the steps of providing a syringe with a sterilized variable fluid chamber with sterilized gas wherein the syringe is in a retracted position. A needle of the syringe is inserted into the fluidic medication container and the sterilized gas in the sterilized variable fluid chamber is transferred into the fluidic medication container to pressurize the same. Thereafter, fluidic medication is transferred from the fluidic medication container into the sterilized variable fluid chamber. The needle is removed from the fluidic medication container and inserted into the patient. The patient is injected with the fluidic medication in the sterilized variable fluid chamber.
