Publication number: 20230342861Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating one or more smart contracts for deployment onto a blockchain. The systems and methods may include (1) receiving vehicle sensor data generated from sensors mounted on or within (a) one or more vehicles, or (b) electronic devices; (2) analyzing the vehicle sensor data to determine one or more parametric events, wherein each of the parametric events is associated with a corresponding severity of loss; (3) generating, for each of the one or more parametric events, a corresponding smart contract that is configured to (i) receive a transaction from a computing device, and (ii) automatically execute on the blockchain when the transaction indicates that a parametric event corresponding to the smart contract has occurred; and (4) deploying the smart contract at a particular address on the blockchain.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 14, 2023Publication date: October 26, 2023Inventors: EllaKate LeFebre, Steve Kelley, Darnell Frazier, Zaki Goumandakoye, Kerry Lynne Cote, Kimberly Christine Kloeppel, Steve Amancha

Patent number: 11354101Abstract: A system, method, and platform for automated and orchestrated software development and deployment are described. The platform automatically creates scripts for the target platform and orchestrates its execution. The platform receives source script, separates script commands from variables and values, determines source data and target data in the scripts, and stores them separately. The platform further creates a list of end functions (also referred to as tasks) to be executed on the target machine based on a given workflow and target machine data and provides orchestrated detailed execution scripts for the target machine. As one may appreciate, the platform provides an automated way to use an existing script written for one target machine to generate scripts for another target machine.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 2021Date of Patent: June 7, 2022Assignee: ARGANTEAL, CORP.Inventors: Mark Collins, Greg Andress, Jason McDaniel, Steve Kelley

Publication number: 20200294087Abstract: Methods and systems for substantially real-time modeling based on geographical and temporarily-modified weather data, client goals and historical business data to present localized advertising to influence consumer behavior. By overlaying sales information with weather data and predictive analytical models, dynamic messaging (e.g., advertising) may be delivered on a hyper-local basis across the web, television broadcast and cable, mobile devices and tablets automated in real-time. Further, the dynamic messaging may be tailored to specific marketers and their business. The messages may be created for each of the marketer's locations in a way that can be scaled.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 29, 2020Publication date: September 17, 2020Inventors: Sara Livingston, Amanda Swistock, Steve Kelley, Ajit Srivastava, Vikram Somaya

Patent number: 9026639Abstract: A system for optimizing a network having a plurality of network devices. The system includes a network monitoring tool simultaneously executable on at least one of the network devices and configured to diagnose a condition of the network. The network monitoring tool includes an information collection module configured to collect an information set relating to performance of each of the network devices, an action module configured to execute an action in response to the information set, the action relating to a diagnosed condition of the network, and an information transmission module configured to transmit the information set to an electronic device remote from the network. The system further includes a configuring tool executable on a server computing device. The configuring tool includes an information receiving module configured to receive the information set, and a programming module configured to configure the network monitoring tool based on the received collected information.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2007Date of Patent: May 5, 2015Assignee: Pure Networks LLCInventors: Steve Kelley, Jeremy Wilson, Jeff Erwin

Patent number: 8014356Abstract: A machine-implementable method of optimizing the performance of a wireless network includes collecting, with a first discovery component of the wireless network, a first set of information describing at least one transmission characteristic of each access point of a first set of at least one access points within a detection area of the first discovery component. Each access point of the first set transmits data over a respective channel of a set of channels. The method further includes determining, based on the first-set information, an optimal channel of the set of channels, the optimal channel having associated therewith the lowest probability of interference with the channels over which the access points of the first set are transmitting.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2007Date of Patent: September 6, 2011Assignee: Cisco Technology, Inc.Inventors: Matthew Tebbs, Brett Marl, Steve Kelley

Patent number: 5934675Abstract: The first two cards of the "Player's" hand are dealt face up as a community hand and placed at a community hand location. The dealer also deals two cards to himself comprising one card face up and one card face down and placed at a dealer's hand location. Then the first two cards forming the community hand automatically receive hits until the numerical count of the community hand is at least 12. Other numerical counts can be used such as 9, 10 or 11. Each player then individually chooses to "Hit" or "Stand" on the community hand. The dealer then plays his two cards and winners and losers are determined in the conventional manner. In an alternative variation, the initial deal comprises one card to the dealer and one "Community Card". Then each player gets one card for his hand and the dealer receives a card for the dealer's hand. The single "Community Card" is shared by both the dealer and each player giving the dealer and each player a two card hand.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 1998Date of Patent: August 10, 1999Assignee: Las Vegas Single Hand 21, LLCInventors: Brian Handelman, Marc Handelman, Steve Kelley
