  • Publication number: 20240078083
Abstract: Implementations set forth herein relate to an automated assistant that can selectively determine whether to incorporate a verbatim interpretation of portions spoken utterances into an entry field and/or incorporate synonymous content into the entry field. For instance, a user can be accessing an interface that provides an entry field (e.g., address field) for receiving user input. In order to provide input for entry field, the user can select the entry field and/or access a GUI keyboard to initialize an automated assistant for assisting with filling the entry field. Should the user provide a spoken utterance, the user can elect to provide a spoken utterance that embodies the intended input (e.g., an actual address) or a reference to the intended input (e.g., a name). In response to the spoken utterance, the automated assistant can fill the entry field with the intended input without necessitating further input from the user.

  • Patent number: 11923074
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for identifying those entities within a network that have the most influence on other entities within the network. A multi-relational network comprising links among a plurality of physicians is generated based on peer network data, wherein each link indicates a first physician that influences a second physician, and a weight of the influence. A decision by a treating physician of the plurality of physicians is decomposed, using a deep learning engine, into a magnitude of peer influence and a magnitude of control factor influence based on the multi-relational network and a plurality of control factors respectively. The magnitude of peer influence among one or more physicians in the multi-relational network is distributed among physicians in the multi-relational network based on the links each physician maintains with other physicians.

  • Publication number: 20160328671
Abstract: A skill performance evaluation system for determining skill performance metrics for a user. The skill performance evaluation system generates a user profile for a user having a particular craft, provides a set of evaluation rules for the craft and determines one or more skill performance metrics based on the set of evaluation rules. In addition, the skill performance evaluation system provides a set of depreciation rules for the craft and determines one or more skill performance metrics for the user. The system may modify the one or more skill performance metrics upon receiving a skill retire indicator or a feedback acknowledgement indicator and a revised dynamic depreciation rate.

  • Publication number: 20060047447
Abstract: The invention provides a system, method and device which allows for real time monitoring of an athlete's performance during an athletic event, such as a boxing match or kick-boxing match, to provide a greater quantity of information to a viewer of the event. The system (9) includes a plurality of monitoring articles (10) attached to each fighter (202 and 204) and a computing device (50) positioned outside of the fighting environment (200). Each of the plurality of monitoring articles (10) preferably includes a motion sensing device (34), a microprocessor (18) and a wireless transceiver (38). The monitoring article (10) creates a real-time impact force signal for each punch or kick, which is wirelessly transmitted outside of the fighting environment (200) to a computing device (50) for processing into an impact value for transmission to and image on an electro-optical display (250).

  • Patent number: 6632103
Abstract: An adaptive booster cable is connected with two pairs of clips, wherein the two pairs of clips are respectively attached to two batteries to transmit power from one battery to the other battery. The adaptive booster cable includes a polarity detecting unit connected to each clip, a switching unit and a current detecting unit both provided between the two pairs of clips. After the polarity of each clip is sensed by the polarity detecting unit, the switching unit generates a proper connection between the two batteries. Therefore, the positive and negative terminals of the two batteries are correctly connected based on the detected result of the polarity detecting unit.
