Abstract: Direct mail campaigns for a plurality of vendors are included in a rewards program. The corresponding mailers have a distinctive identifier visible from the outside of the mailer and a unique code inside the mailer that is not visible from the outside of the mailer. Recipients of the mailers submit the corresponding unique codes to a rewards program implementer that tracks recipients' responses to the mailers and rewards the recipients for promoted activities.
