    Abstract: A temporary partitioning system is provided, the system comprising a plurality of partition components, each component being an elongate member having outer walls enclosing a substantially hollow interior and having a longitudinal axis, each component being releasably connectable to an adjacent member by a connection means, the connection means comprising a first connection member provided on a first component and a second connection member provided on a second component, in use the first and second connecting members connecting such that lateral movement between the first and second components is prevented, while allowing the first component to move along its longitudinal axis relative to the second component. A temporary partition formed from the components of the system is also provided.
