The outer container includes a first part of the two-part locking mechanism and the inner receptacle includes a second part of the two-part locking mechanism. The outer container includes at least one demarcated pressing zone, wherein the at least one demarcated pressing zone is configured and/or stylised and/or shaped and/or arranged to encourage a user to apply a force directed inwardly of the outer container toward the cavity for deactivating the locking mechanism to thereby release the inner receptacle for its withdrawal at least partially from the outer container.

The second panel defines at least one tab strip and at least one tool access portion. The at least one tab strip is at least partially severable from the packaging blank. The first panel and the second panel are configured to be positioned relative to one another in a face contacting arrangement such that a first portion of a given tool portion is to be operably aligned with a corresponding tool access portion. Abstract: A tamper evident package includes an inner component having at least one product receiving pocket and at least one locking point and an outer component in which the inner component is slidingly received at least in part so that the inner component is removable from the outer component. The outer component has at least one tamper resistant tab in engagement with the at least one locking point such that the inner component is locked in the outer component. The at least one tamper resistant tab is removably connected to the outer component such that removal of the at least one tamper resistant tab allows the inner component to be removed from the outer component.
