    Abstract: The dispenser comprises a receptacle with side elements and a front wall or a panel. The latter extends upwardly, short of an upper part of the receptacle, and provides a loading opening adaptable for supplying rolls, one by one into the receptacle. The front wall or panel extends, as well, downwardly, short of a lower part of the receptacle, and provides a withdrawal opening for removing a roll which is located at the bottom of the receptacle. A dispensing device is located in front of the withdrawal opening at the lower part of the receptacle.
