Patent number: 12135383Abstract: A process to partition a video feed to segment live player activity includes receiving, on a first recurring basis, a transmission of a central video feed from a first camera. The central video feed is calibrated against a spatial region represented in at least two dimensions that is encompassed by the central video feed. The process includes receiving, on a second recurring basis, a respective time-stamped position information from each tracking device in a plurality of tracking devices. Each tracking device is worn by a corresponding subject on the spatial region and transmits positional information that describes a time-stamped position of the corresponding subject in the spatial region. The process uses the received information and the calibration to define a first sub-view of the central video feed associated with a first subject. The first sub-view comprises a corresponding sub-frame associated with the first subject.Type: GrantFiled: July 20, 2023Date of Patent: November 5, 2024Assignee: Infinite Athlete, Inc.Inventors: Erik Schwartz, Michael Naquin, Christopher Brown, Steve Xing, Pawel Czarnecki, Charles D. Publication number: 20210217516Abstract: A patient treatment system includes a method that is used to actively monitor and treat a patient based on response data received from the patient as a result of a plurality of micro-treatments, and the system performs an N-of-1 statistical analysis of the response data. The data is automatically collected and obtained from the patient by virtue of the patient wearing a wearable device. The system generates a graphical user interface that includes an effectiveness display of a response level to each micro-treatment, a trendline representing a trend of the data for each micro-treatment; data scores for each micro-treatment, a confidence display of a statistical confidence associated with each data score; graphical elements representing the statistical confidence associated with each data score.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 5, 2019Publication date: July 15, 2021Applicant: INDIVIDUALLYTICS INC.Inventors: Dennis Nash, Steve Schwartz

Patent number: 8488517Abstract: There is provided a digital repeater module and method for relaying digital data. The digital repeater module comprises a data reception unit configured to receive digital data from several broadcast devices concurrently, a data transmission unit configured to transmit digital data using a multiple transmission protocols concurrently, and a routing application. The routing application can receive digital data through the data reception unit, identify available data paths for relaying the digital data to desired destinations, and determine transmission metrics for each of the available data paths for relaying the digital data to the desired destinations. The routing application can also select data paths for transmission based on the determined transmission metrics, and transmit the digital data using the selected data paths through the data transmission unit. There is also provided a method for resolving assignment of limited broadcast frequencies using the digital repeater module.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2012Date of Patent: July 16, 2013Assignee: Disney Enterprises, Inc.Inventors: Gary J. Nadler, Peter Doherty, Steve Schwartz
