    Abstract: A system and method is provided for identifying data required to file for state and federal tax credits related to enterprise zones, renewal communities, and empowerment zones, that takes into account key entry errors and that scrubs data before inputting into a data mapping algorithm. The system and method significantly reduces the number of false negatives and false positives. The invention also includes identifying zone qualifiers by completing address information, including direction, such as North, South, East, and West.
