    Abstract: A pickup truck has a bed and a pair of walls each with an inside and an outside surface and an upper rail. An upper rail cover, formed of solid reinforced steel, is coupled to the upper rail. An outside edge of the upper rail cover has a plurality of downward tie hooks. A plurality of ropes retain an object in the bed by looping and tying to the tie hooks.
