Abstract: A method and system are provided for web search customization and web site rating. The system receives user input web sites, stores the web sites in a database, and groups them into user-specified categories. The system further allows users to select one or more web sites for customizing web search and querying the preselected sites using user input keywords. The system further provides the users with options to query a plurality of search engines. All web sites stored within the system are rated in response to the user operations. Each web site has at least a global rating indicating the rating within the system, a category rating indicating the rating within a given category, and a keyword rating indicating the rating for a given keyword. The system provides the users with a list of recommended web sites based on the web sites' ratings.

The string of text is recited in a video which is received by an intermediary server at a network node, or by a person seeking such verification. Automated processes may be utilized to compare the audio and video received to the picture and string of text sent. Further, comparisons to previously received audio, video, and strings of text, as well as the same available from third parties, may be used to determine fraud attempts. Viewers of the person's profile may also vote on the authenticity of a profile, thereby raising or lowering a certification confidence level, with their votes weighted more heavily towards those who have high confidence levels.

The system distributes the message to users of the system with geographic locations within a predetermined distance from the geographic location that the message was input.

Abstract: A nail clipper comprising a stationary base having a structure defining a nail depository, a rear base end and a forward base end that terminates into a base jaw having a convexed base cutting edge. A pair of parallel tapering side walls is integrally bound to the stationary base. Each of the side walls include a back wall end and a front wall end having a top formed with a side wall recess seat. A resilient cover plate has a rear cover end bound to the rear base end and a forward cover end that terminates into a cover jaw. The cover jaw includes a convexed cover cutting edge that is capable of engaging the base cutting edge when the resilient cover plate is depressed. The nail clipper also includes a cover depressing lever with a level depressing end and a lever lug end that defines a pair of lugs which are pivotally received by the pair of side wall recess seats.
