  • Publication number: 20240011176
Abstract: Disclosed are a pin assembly for providing current to an electrode, e.g. an inert or oxygen evolving anode, and its manufacturing method. The pin assembly is configured to be inserted into an electrode body of an electrode for providing an electric current to the electrode body. The pin assembly comprises a structural support member configured to mechanically support the electrode body, and a protective conductive member configured to embed the structural support member. The protective conductive member comprises at least one metal or alloy thereof adapted for conducting the electric current while protecting the structural support member against corrosion during a given period of time of use of the electrode. The pin assembly enables convenient electrical connection of the electrodes, combines electrical and thermal performance for optimizing cell efficiency, provides structural and corrosion durability for extending pin assembly life, and utilizes robust joining processes for high reliability.

  • Publication number: 20230002143
Abstract: A bottle for storing grass seeds, soil, and/or fertilizer used for filling a golf divot is provided. The bottle includes a bottom section having a base and a perimetrical sidewall extending therefrom to an open end to define an interior. A pair of bosses extend outwardly from the sidewall at the open end. The top section has a perimetrical edge and a top surface with a spout extending therefrom for discharging the contents of the bottle. A pair of latches that extend from the perimetrical edge and pivot downwardly to engage the bosses to secure the top section to the bottom section. The bottle can also be part of an assembly that includes the bottle and a holder.

  • Patent number: 6278206
Abstract: An electrical machine such as an alternator (10) has a first housing (14) and a second housing (16) with a stator core assembly (18) therein. The stator core assembly has a plurality of windings (44) that are positioned within laminations (46). The windings have a first set of end turns (48), a second set of end turns (50), and winding ends 52. A respective first end cap (54) and a second end cap (56) are placed over respective end turns (48) (50). Potting material (58) is placed between the first end cap (54) and the first set of end turns (48) and the second end cap (56) and the second set of end turns (50). A stud assembly (60) having a stud housing (62) and a plurality of studs (64) is coupled to the first end cap. A bushing (68) is coupled to the studs (64) so that winding ends (52) may be coupled to a flat surface (70) thereof. The bushings (68) are also used to from an electrical connection between the rectifier bridge (36) and the stator core (42).

  • Patent number: 6032999
Abstract: A lightweight golf club and accessory carrier for transporting and retaining a plurality of golf clubs, tees, balls marker and score keeping pencil in a compact package size. The carrier is made out of a flexible plastic material in the form of a single injection molded body comprising a handle connected to the inside surfaces near the top of two downwardly extending end walls. Near the bottom of the device, a ball carrier extends between the inside surface of each end wall. The ball carrier is design to hold three golf balls within a flexible plastic structure that enables the balls to be installed or removed from either the from or back of the carrier. A plurality of flexible club holding clips extend off of the outside and inside surfaces of each end wall and are configured to retain the shaft of a typical golf club.
