    Abstract: A scaffold plank hanger is suspended from a rung of a ladder by hooks engaging such rung which are spaced apart less than the width of the ladder. Such hooks carry a crossbar of a length greater than the width of the ladder. A scaffold plank has hooks projecting from one end which are hooked over opposite end portions of the hanger crossbar between its ends and the adjacent ladder rails, respectively.
