  • Publication number: 20250075708
Abstract: An air transferring system is disclosed. The air transferring system includes an enclosure, a faceplate, and a blower assembly attached to the faceplate. The enclosure includes a base, a lid having an air exhaust, and a shroud. The shroud has an open shroud top, an open shroud bottom, and an opening in the shroud defined between a first shroud edge and a second shroud edge. Each of the shroud edges extends between the open shroud top and the shroud bottom. The faceplate includes a faceplate opening that extends between the first and second shroud edges. The blower assembly includes a blower exhaust proximate to all of the faceplate opening, an exhaust opening, and an impeller for drawing air through the air exhaust, faceplate opening, and blower exhaust and urging the air out the exhaust.

  • Publication number: 20240360842
Abstract: A vaneaxial blower system has an axis of rotation and includes a stator and a rotor fan. The stator and the rotor include blades. Each blade extends from a leading edge to a trailing edge. An angle beta of each blade is defined as a slope of a camber line at a location along a span of the blade. An angle theta of each blade is defined as an angle measured between a vertical axis extending through the axis of rotation and a radius at the location along the span of the blade. The angle beta and the angle theta for the blades are selected to provide improved performance of the vaneaxial blower system.

  • Publication number: 20230204038
Abstract: A vaneaxial blower system having a stator and a rotor is disclosed. Each of the stator and rotor have a hub and blades, each of the blades have a leading edge and a trailing edge, an angle theta defined by a line extending from the respective leading edges to the respective trailing edges and the respective hub and an angle beta defined as an angle measured between a camber line between a first blade and a second blade and a horizontal tangential line that extends through respective leading edges of the first and second blade.

  • Publication number: 20180073811
Abstract: An improved double-wall heat exchanger in which the safety “leak” space between heat exchange surfaces forming channels for the fluids exchanging heat is filled with a heat transfer medium with improved thermal conductivity in comparison to air. Pressure responsive rupture points allow release of the heat transfer medium and the heat exchange fluid in the event of failure of one of the containment surfaces. Metal-to-metal heat transfer points are dispersed in the gap to further enhance heat transfer between the hot and cold heat exchange fluid streams.

  • Publication number: 20060116102
Abstract: A process device includes a controller, a wireless communications module. The wireless communications module is coupled to the controller. A power generation module is provided to generate electricity for the process device. The power generator module can be disposed within the process device or it can be a separate unit coupled to the process device.
