  • Publication number: 20020028103
Abstract: A paint applicator for use in spreading paint over a surface. The paint applicator includes a roller assembly, tubing, and a pump assembly. The roller assembly has a handle portion that is suitable for holding by a user, an arm portion extending from the handle portion, and a roller core removably attachable to the arm portion for rotation with respect to the arm portion. The roller core is adapted to receive a paint applicator thereover. The tubing has a central passage extending therethrough. The pump assembly conveys paint through the tubing to the roller assembly. A method and a corner paint applicator are further included.

  • Patent number: 5904434
Abstract: An improved internal feed paint brush having a flexible liquid-impermeable paint distribution manifold interior of a plurality of filaments formed of a flat, woven nylon cloth conduit coated with polyurethane film and sealed to a rigid plastic end cap and having a plurality of channels in the distribution manifold formed by a plurality of spaced-apart, longitudinally extending bonds in the coated nylon material. The manifold is sonically welded to the end cap and the filament and manifold assembly is sealed with epoxy.

  • Patent number: 5459850
Abstract: A flash solid state drive, having a flash solid state memory compatible with ATA/IDE Interface standards to be connected to a host for storing or retrieving sectors of data, where each sector contains 512 bytes of data, each sector is addressed by a cylinder, head and sector number CHS. The host provides, for a read or write operation, the number of sectors to be stored or retrieved, the CHS for each sector to be stored or retrieved and the data for the sectors to be stored. The solid state memory has stored therein a header for each CHS address that can be issued by the host, the header having indicia identifying the data block and indicating where the data for the data block is stored in the solid state memory.

  • Patent number: 5271683
Abstract: A roller arm guide allows conversion of a paint spray gun for use as a paint roller, with optional attachment of an in-line cartridge filter. A track on the base of the spray gun retains a channel member on the elongate body of the roller arm guide. A filter support ring at the proximal end of the roller arm guide provides support for a conventional in-line filter and a crescent shaped roller arm engaging lip on the exterior of the filter support ring provides support for a paint roller arm.

  • Patent number: 5159961
Abstract: An accessory for inflating and deflating inflatable articles comprises a conduit 13, an intake 17, an outtake 19 and an injector 35. In use, conduit 13 functions as a venturi tube for rapid inflation and deflation of inflatable articles, preferably, articles having a large, low pressure air volume. For inflation, outtake 19 is connected to the inflatable article. For deflation, intake 17 is connected to the inflated article. For inflation and deflation, a source of pressurized air, preferably, an electric air compressor is connected to injector 35.

  • Patent number: 4691645
Abstract: An improved seed planter for a chisel plow includes a boot connected by a pair of leaf spring rods to the vertical shank of the plow. A bracket for connecting the spring rods to the boot and for gauge or press wheel attachments is detachably coupled to the rear of the boot by a quick-releasing pin that engages apertures in tabs affixed to the boot. The tabs mate with slots on the bracket. Thus, the depth of the boot may be regulated independently of the spring rod bias.

  • Patent number: 4522020
Abstract: The present invention provides a combine of the type having a laterally extending header with proximal and distal ends, and a wheel/feeder separator assembly extending rearwardly from the header. The invention includes the following components: a circle mounted to the header adjacent a rearward facing portion of the proximal end for facilitating pivoting of the header along a longitudinal axis extending through the center of the circle; a frame member pivotally mounted to and extending laterally outwardly from the feeder/separator assembly to support the distal header end, the frame member defining a frame member pivot axis extending at a rearwardly converging angle with respect to the longitudinal axis; and a header support wheel rotatably mounted to the frame member and disposed laterally outwardly from the frame member pivot axis for supporting weight from the header.

  • Patent number: 4520742
Abstract: An attachment for a chisel plow comprising a seed planter resiliently connected to the shank of the chisel plow by means of a leaf spring rod, and gauge wheels detachably connected to the seed planter for maintaining a constant planting depth relative to the ground. The resilient rod provides lateral support for the seed planter so that structural connection to the plow frame is unnecessary.
