    Abstract: An equipment assembly includes an equipment base, a equipment top adapted for use as equipment by a user, and a retaining means for retaining the equipment top and the equipment base connected to one another. Legs mounted in a support base of the equipment base provide for easy leveling of the equipment top and the position of the equipment top relative the equipment base. The assembly may be deployed in a variety of environments, including a liquid environment. Weighting elements disposed in the equipment base serve to anchor the equipment assembly.
