    Abstract: A carrying case for a portable electronic device includes padded front and back elements which are coupled together by two or more elastic side elements which permit the carrying case to be used to house electronic devices of slightly different dimensions. An outer surface of the front is substantially totally covered with bling which is pre-arranged in a pattern and is provided with an adhesive backing sheet for holding the bling to the outer surface permit the carrying case of the invention to be used to house electronic devices of slightly different dimension.
