An inner tubular extension and surrounding hose fitting may be connected to the inner/bottom side of the body member for use in attaching the water fill line and air vent line, respectively, to the body member. An outer tubular extension and surrounding service fitting may be connected to the outer side of the body member. A cap is insertable over the service fitting for sealing off both the water fill opening and vent opening.
