    Abstract: A method performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may include receiving a configuration message including timing information for monitoring at least a subset of a plurality of beams to receive a set of synchronization signals and receiving the set of synchronization signals based on the timing information. The received set of synchronization signals include a primary synchronization signal and a secondary synchronization signal. The method may include receiving a reference signal along with a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) transmission. The reference signal comprises a sequence that is derived from an index associated with one of the at least the subset of beams and associated with the received set of synchronization signals. The method may include transmitting a random access channel (RACH) transmission. The RACH transmission includes a preamble sequence corresponding to the one of the subset of the plurality of beams.

The method includes forming a thermal oxide layer though an enhanced in situ steam generation process in combination with atomic layer deposition of a low-? layer. The thin thermal oxide layer passivates the interface between the silicon layer and the dielectric layer of the GAA. A passivation process after the deposition of the low-? layer reduces the bulk trap and enhances the breakdown performance of the GAA transistor.

    Abstract: A flexible package is provided with a slider fastener closure. A side seal forming the package is enlarged at its upper end to provide a smooth transition of product dispensed from the package, and to shield the slider during dispensing. The enlarged side seal portion is spaced from the fastener tracks. The fastener tracks are deformed to provide a stop, spaced from the side seals, to limit slider movement. A stop of reduced area, enlarging the package opening, is made possible.
