Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for associating electronic devices together based on received audio commands are described. Methods for associating an audio-controlled device with a physically separate display screen device such that information responses can then be provided in both audio and graphic formats using the two devices in conjunction with each other are described. The audio-controlled device can receive audio commands that can be analyzed to determine the author, which can then be used to further streamline the association operation.

Abstract: An identifier associated with a client machine is accessed, and parameters that define a control group of client machines for a particular advertising campaign are accessed. The advertising campaign is associated with one or more standard advertisements. Whether the client machine is a member of the control group based on the identifier associated with the client machine and the parameters that define the control group is determined. If the determination of whether the client machine is a member of the control group indicates that the client machine is a member of the control group, a control advertisement is caused to be presented on the client machine. The control advertisement is an advertisement not associated with the advertising campaign.

When the compactor applies pressure to the waste, liquid and residual solid waste exits the compaction chamber through the plurality of apertures. There is a liquid collection system, configured to collect the liquid and the residual solid waste from the plurality of apertures and the liquid collection system includes an evaporation system configured to evaporate at least a portion of the liquid removed from the waste.

There is a plurality of apertures in an internal surface of the compaction chamber where liquid and residual solid waste exit through the apertures during the compaction mode. There is a collection system to collect liquid and residual solid waste, which includes a filter unit. The filter unit has a first end and a second end, the second end includes an opening in communication with the compaction chamber. And, there is an evaporation system to evaporate the liquid.

There is a compaction chamber and a ram assembly disposed within the compaction chamber. There is an actuator interconnected to the ram assembly to apply a force to move the ram assembly from a retracted position toward an extended position to achieve a pressure on a compaction surface of the ram assembly as it compacts the waste. There is a plurality of apertures on at least one internal surface proximate of the compaction chamber through which liquid removed from the waste during the compaction mode exits the compaction chamber. There is also a liquid collection system, in communication with the plurality of apertures, to collect the liquid from the plurality of apertures. The liquid collection system includes an evaporation system configured to evaporate a portion of the liquid.

The tool uses a short series of vibration pulses, one of which is the distinct vibration assigned to the hour region associated with the hour of the particular time, to indicate the hour. The tool produces the distinct vibration assigned to the minute region associated with the minute of the particular time, to indicate the minute to the nearest quarter hour. The total sequence of pulses consists of no more than five separate vibrations.

Abstract: An intelligent electronic device may provide restricted earth fault protection to components of an electrical power delivery system using both an amplitude comparator and a phase angle comparator configured to independently detect faults. The IED may include selection logic configured to select the output of one of the phase angle comparator and the amplitude comparator, to the exclusion of the other, based on system conditions. Accordingly, when system conditions are such that a phase angle comparator is better suited to detect a fault, selection logic may select the output of the phase angle comparator. Similarly, when system conditions are such that an amplitude comparator may better detect a fault, selection logic may select the output of the amplitude comparator. A protection system may further include an in-zone fault detector configured to detect in-zone faults.

Abstract: A gasifier includes a combustion zone where a gas is introduced and fuel is combusted and at least one sensor for measuring a predetermined condition in the gasifier. A grate subsystem contains the fuel and includes at least one grinding mechanism. A controller is responsive to the at least one sensor and controls the grinding mechanism by activating the grinding mechanism if the predetermined condition exists to reduce the collection of non-fuel products on the grate subsystem.

Abstract: A device disclosed herein reduces inadvertent activation of buttons mounted on edges of an electronic device. The button moves around an axis of rotation proximate to, and parallel with, the adjacent edge of the device. Thus, inadvertent pressure on an edge of the button adjacent to the edge of the device will not inadvertently activate the button. Additionally, the presence of the axis of rotation proximate to the edge maintains a desired reveal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a clip is for routing and grounding a coaxial cable on a printed circuit board. The clip may be mechanically and electrically engaged to the printed circuit board and may be comprised of a resilient and conductive material. The clip engages and retains the coaxial cable and establishes an electrical connection between the coaxial cable and the printed circuit board. A sheath may be placed around a portion of the coaxial cable to engage the clip.

Abstract: The present invention includes an intra-bronchial device, system, and method for providing a therapeutic agent to a patient. A device includes a flow control member for placement in an air passageway communicating with a lung portion and when deployed in the air passageway inhibits a therapeutic agent distal of the control member from moving proximal of the control member, and includes the therapeutic agent associated with the flow control member. The control member may inhibit movement of the therapeutic agent by limiting airflow, and may include a one-way valve limiting exhalation of air from the lung portion. The control member may include a flexible membrane impervious to air flow, or a separator arranged to inhibit the movement of the therapeutic agent. The control member may include at least one anchor, and the anchor may be releasable from the air passageway for removal of the intra-bronchial device.
