  • Publication number: 20240401872
Abstract: An anti-tip device for an appliance has a base leg of a given length, and a plurality of holes formed in the base leg for facilitating mounting of the anti-tip device to a wall by way of threaded fasteners. First and second tip prevention legs extend forward from opposite ends of the base leg so as to overlie a top wall of the refrigeration appliance when the anti-tip device is mounted to a wall against which the refrigeration appliance is located. The tip prevention legs are spaced a sufficient distance apart so as to only engage the top wall of the refrigeration appliance in areas where contact is acceptable, while also avoiding any interference with refrigeration appliance components that are located atop the refrigeration appliance.

  • Patent number: 9782815
Abstract: A prototype part drawing/flanging tool is provided that are arranged in a draw die set-up and a flange die set-up. The draw die set-up includes a binder ring, a pad; a flange forming ring, and a punch. The flange die set-up includes the flanging ring, the pad, and the punch. The draw die set draws a blank and the flange die set forms a flange on the blank in two separate operations using the same die parts in the two operations. A method is disclosed for making a formed and flanged part that begins by drawing a blank held by a pad, a flanging ring and a binder ring against a punch in a press to form a drawn blank. The drawn blank is then laser trimmed to form a trimmed/drawn blank. The trimmed/drawn blank is then clamped between the pad and the punch while the flange forming ring forms a flange into a flange forming groove.

  • Publication number: 20070153774
Abstract: Method and Apparatus for delivering audio signals from a source node to a destination node on a network. The apparatus uses a number of switches that transmit prioritized data on a packet network. The switches are coupled to a number of send/receive nodes for sending and receiving digital audio signals on the data network. The audio packet size and the receive buffers are sized to store a minimum possible number of audio samples to minimize latency in processing audio signals arriving at said receive node, but still ensure audio delivery without interruption due to packet data network delay. An additional feature of the invention is recovery of clock synchronization over the same data network by novel arrangement of transmission of timing packets on the network.
