    Abstract: An authentication system includes a medical device, and a certificate bridge device configured to receive a request from the medical device. The certificate bridge device generates an endpoint request that includes the request from the medical device and facility credentials of a facility where the medical device is deployed. The certificate bridge device sends the endpoint request to a certificate authority, receives a signed copy of the request from the certificate authority, and sends the signed copy of the request to the medical device.

An object can be configured to rest upon the surface, wherein the object and at least one of the projector and the camera are configured to cooperate with one another to communicate audio data through the surface of the projection screen while the object is resting upon the surface.
