In particular, the invention relates to an inhalation method using an inhalation device adapted to separately eject at least two liquid compositions each having different properties, and to a method for the generation of an aerosol of at least two medicinal formulations by means of such inhalation device.

Abstract: The invention provides an inhalation device system for the in-halative administration of a medically active liquid in nebulized form, the system comprising an inhalation device and an exchangeable reservoir for holding the medically active liquid, wherein the inhalation device comprises - a housing having a receiving unit, the receiving unit having a connection unit adapted to releasably and fluidically connect to a connection port of the exchangeable reservoir, the receiving unit being adapted to receive and fluidically connect to the exchangeable reservoir; - a nozzle for nebulization of the medically active liquid; and - a pumping unit arranged within the housing and adapted to be fluidically connected to the reservoir (via the connection unit of the receiving unit) and to the nozzle and being adapted to convey (pressurize, pump) the medically active liquid in a downstream direction from the reservoir to the nozzle.

Abstract: An improved massaging device for obtaining a massaging effect similar to an actual finger massage. Multiple finger-like implements provide soft wide area skin contact, and generate a vibratory motion consisting of a pulling massage combined with a lateral side motion. The device comprises means of reciprocally moving rows of massaging implements in opposition while reciprocally moving each row in combined normal and parallel unison. In one embodiment, the lateral opposing motion is combined with the normal pulling motion by means of lifting curved implements through fixed but adjustable spaced narrow openings. The lifting motion is generated from an eccentric mechanism, which when rotatably driven, may also produce the lateral parallel motion. Lateral parallel motion amplitude may be adjusted relative to the pulling motion by choice of eccentric dimensions.
