  • Publication number: 20160090715
Abstract: A hydraulic circuit includes: a priority valve including a first position and a second position where: the first position includes a first fluid passage and a fixed bypass orifice connected to the first fluid passage; the second position includes a second fluid passage and a variable bypass orifice connected to the second fluid passage. The hydraulic circuit further includes: a first fluid line fluidly connecting the priority valve and a first machine component; a second fluid line fluidly connecting the priority valve and a second machine component; a check valve placed between the priority valve and the second machine component and fluidly connecting the priority valve and the second machine component; an oil passage on the priority valve fluidly connected to one or more machine components other than the first and second machine components; one or more actuators connected to the priority valve; and a control valve communicatively connected to the one or more actuators connected to the priority valve.

  • Publication number: 20160028596
Abstract: Service discovery for an application lacking capabilities sufficient to facilitate Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), Zero-configuration networking (Zeroconf), Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP) or other service discovery protocols relying upon multicast User Datagram Protocol (UDP) is contemplated. The service discovery may be facilitated with a discovery proxy configured to identify available services and a discovery service having capabilities sufficient to apprise the application of the services identified with the discovery proxy.

  • Publication number: 20150150106
Abstract: Delegating authorizations sufficient to access services is contemplate. The authorization may be delegated in the form of a token or other transmissible construct relied upon to authenticate access to services, such as but not necessarily limited to conferring a user identity established via authenticated device for the purposes of enabling an unauthenticated or unsecured device to access a service associated with the user identity.

  • Publication number: 20150140297
Abstract: A fabrication resource receives a base material such as metal or other suitable material. The fabrication resource applies optical energy to a surface of the base material. Application of the optical energy transforms a texture on the surface of the base material. Subsequent to transforming the texture on the surface of the base material, the fabrication resource then adheres a supplemental material such as paste including glass powder to the transformed texture on the surface. Application of heat to the paste fuses the glass powder of the applied paste into a glass layer that adheres to the transformed texture. The fabrication resource contacts an electronic circuit device onto an exposed facing of the glass layer and reheats the combination of the electronic circuit device, glass layer, and base material. The application of heat secures the electronic circuit device to the layer of glass and corresponding base material.

  • Publication number: 20150128237
Abstract: Delegation of authorizations from one device to another device is contemplated. The contemplated capabilities may enable an authenticated device to confer access tokens or other authoritative permissions to a non-authenticated or unsecured device, such as to enable the delegated device to access user content without the user having to enter a username and password or other identifying credentials thereto.

  • Publication number: 20150059860
Abstract: A method to stabilize pressure in an electro-hydraulically controlled brake charge system is provided. The brake charge system includes a load-sensing pump, an accumulator, a sensor, a high pressure cut-off valve, a controller, and a charge supply valve. The method includes determination of a pre-determined cut-out pressure and a pre-determined time threshold. The accumulator is pressurized with the fluid from the load-sensing pump. As accumulator pressure becomes equal to the pre-determined cut-out pressure, the controller initiates a counter-timer. When the counter-timer reaches the pre-determined time threshold, an electronic solenoid is activated, flow of the fluid is thus controlled through the charge supply valve based on a signal from the electronic solenoid.

  • Publication number: 20140181639
Abstract: Manipulation of a Web page displayed through a first device as a function of user interaction with a second device is contemplated. The manipulation may include operating the second device as a touchscreen or other gesture-based controllable device and automatically providing corresponding navigation within the Web page as a function of interactions registered through the second device.

  • Patent number: 4789962
Abstract: A method of, and placing help information on a convenient but unneeded portion of a screen. Help information, when called, is placed on the screen adjacent an operating point, and positioned such that needed information adjacent the point is not covered up or blocked from view.

  • Patent number: 4648062
Abstract: A method to help and displace Help Panels containing information to explain Command Functions, Command Syntax, and Command Parameters to the operator of an interactive information handling system in response to the entry of a "Command Help Request" into said system by said operator. The method displays the selected panel as an overlay on the existing screen at the time the Command Help request is entered into the system. Selection of the panel to be displayed is based on an analysis by the system as to what commands are valid or active for the next step in the process or task that the system is performing. The operator may select directly from the Command Help Panel overlay, the desired command, or alternately enter the command desired by moving the cursor to the command area of the underlying screen and keying in the command.
