    Abstract: An exercise/therapy device has a base, a foot receptacle rotatably mounted to the base, and one or more rollers mounted to the base and aligned with the foot receptacle. Somatosensory proprioceptive neuromuscular re-education (SPNRED) material is provided on the foot receptacle and/or rollers to stimulate the user's foot during exercise. The exercise device allows for Active Isolated Stretching by enabling multiple exercises and stimulation materials that can be quickly interchanged.
