  • Patent number: 11983845
Abstract: Methods and systems for representing a tissue segmentation from a source digital image computationally generate, from a source digital image of an anatomic region, a digital tissue segmentation visually indicating regions of interest corresponding to an abnormal condition associated with at least portions of the anatomic region. The source image and the tissue segmentation may be alternately displayed in registration on a mobile device at a gesturally selected magnification level.

  • Publication number: 20240141266
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for the accelerated aging of beverages, including distilled spirits are disclosed. A spirit is aged through a modular approach that targets development of individual sensory characteristics. In one embodiment, a spirit undergoes ultrasonic cavitation in the presence of wood chips, heating in the presence of wood chips, ultrasonic cavitation without wood chips, heating without wood chips, and intermittent aeration. The process is operable to produce a highly customized spirit and achieve a taste, bouquet, and color similar to that of traditionally aged spirits.

  • Patent number: 11961234
Abstract: First and second predictors are used to identify regions of interest in a medical image. The first predictor is configured to maximize precision in identifying one or more abnormalities that it was trained to recognize, or at least to have greater precision than the second predictor. The second predictor is configured or selected to maximize sensitivity (i.e., recall) in identifying one or more abnormalities that it was trained to recognize, or at least to have greater sensitivity than the first predictor. The predictions of the first and second predictors may be used to create a digital map image showing the locations of regions of interest identified by the first and second predictors. Alternatively or in addition, the predictions may be used to rank images or image sets in terms of review priority.

  • Publication number: 20240043068
Abstract: A vehicle roof structure of a vehicle includes an outer roof panel and a single, unitized inner roof panel. The inner roof panel is separate from the outer roof panel and is secured to the outer roof panel. The inner roof panel includes a plurality of roof headers, a roof bow, and support braces. The roof headers are spaced apart from each other and extend in a transverse direction relative to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The roof bow is spaced apart from and positioned between two roof headers of the plurality of roof headers and extends in the transverse direction. Each support brace is positioned between the roof bow and one of the two roof headers. The support braces extend from the roof bow to the one of the two roof headers and extend in multiple directions.

  • Patent number: 11714136
Abstract: A method of determining battery degradation retroactively using historical data is disclosed. The method includes the steps of collecting state of charge (SOC) and DC ampere data for a predetermined time period; determining a delta (?) SOC based on the data collected; creating a set of SOC regimes having a size based on ?SOC; filtering the SOC data and determining a set of points which indicate a charging or discharging event; and calculating overall Coulombs associated with each charging or discharging event and for each event, producing a timestamp and Coulombs associated with each event.
