  • Publication number: 20220208324
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are disclosed herein for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integrated electronic case reporting. A trigger code is received from a platform. The trigger code corresponds to an infectious disease or a public health concern, such as receiving a vaccination. A patient code is also received. The patient code corresponds to information from a patient encounter. The trigger code is compared to the patient code and it is determined whether a match exists. Upon determining that the match exists, a time logic is applied for generating an electronic Initial Case Report (eICR). The time logic corresponds to the information from the patient encounter. The eICR comprising EMR data is generated.

  • Publication number: 20220189596
Abstract: Systems, methods, and storage media useful in a healthcare cloud computing platform to transform, deduplicate and store medical data from third-party databases to a patient's primary medical record in the healthcare cloud computing platform. Exemplary implementations may: load and read data from third-party databases, and determine if it is duplicative of what is in the patient's primary record. Other embodiments, provide a method for ranking medical data from two different third-party databases to determine which medical data should be written to the patient's primary medical record in the healthcare computing platform.
