  • Patent number: 11759734
Abstract: Methods, devices and systems for treating liquid utilizing an in-line filter having a filter bag positioned within a cage contained in an exit sub-chamber of a housing, the exit sub-chamber isolated from an inlet sub-chamber by a baffle, and an end cap to alternatively seal the inlet sub-chamber so that in one mode the device may function as a screen having an exposed filter bag when the exit end of the device is connected to a suction side of a pump and in another mode as a closed vessel where the end cap is connected to a discharge of a pump or in a further mode where the exit end is connected to a suction side of a pump. The low profile, lightweight, inline filter device provides for versatility and a much needed filter device for two modes of connection to a suction side of a pump while also able to connect to a discharge side of a pump.

  • Patent number: 10905979
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and systems for treating liquid utilizing primary and secondary treatment mechanisms positioned on a portable sled, the primary treatment mechanism of the system being a filter bag used in conjunction with a secondary treatment mechanism including a straw bale layer positioned on a base of the sled. Liquid entering the filter bag exits the bag as filtrate which passes through the secondary treatment mechanism and flows by gravity to the environment. The system is transportable to different locations where filtering may continue utilizing the same filter bag. The filter bag is flexible and removable via a porous lift frame positioned below the filter bag.

  • Patent number: 10625185
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and systems for filtering dewatered water utilizing primary and secondary containment mechanisms positioned on a portable sled, the primary containment mechanism of the system being a filter bag enclosed by an interior porous fence, the secondary containment mechanism including a filter medium positioned within a channel defined by the interior fence and an exterior porous fence and enclosing the filter bag. Water entering the filter bag exits the bag as filtrate which passes through the secondary containment mechanism and returns to the environment. The system is transported to a different location where filtering may continue utilizing the same filter bag enclosed within the interior fence.

  • Publication number: 20050017112
Abstract: A spinning reel has a rotor assembly that is rotatable about the axis of a spool used to store fishing line. The rotor assembly contains a pivotable bail system which can be open or closed, to facilitate casting and retrieving, respectively, of the fishing line. The reel also contains a selective clutch. With the clutch in the “off” position the rotor assembly can be rotated in either direction. With the clutch in the “on” position and with the bail system closed, the rotor assembly can only be rotated in the line retrieving direction. The present invention allows the rotor to turn in either direction when the bail is moved from the closed position to a partially open position.

  • Patent number: 5268696
Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for providing a radiating element having an electrical reflective phase shifter for reflecting electromagnetic energy received from an electromagnetic energy source including a dielectric substrate having a top surface, a conductive layer having a channel-like opening in its top surface and disposed on the top surface of the dielectric substrate, at least one electrostatic switch spans the channel-like opening and a means for selectively actuating the electrostatic switch to reflect the electrostatic energy. The electrostatically actuated mechanical switch utilizes a cantilever element fabricated by solid-state microfabrication techniques. The electrical reflective phase shifter can be grouped into a phase shifting reflect array for beam steering an electromagnetic energy from an electromagnetic energy source.
